1. Overview
This website is operated by Afterpace. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Afterpace.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from Afterpace.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or statutory guarantees that apply to you under applicable law.

3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract or that you are otherwise authorised to make the purchase under applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
4. Products
Afterpace currently offers clothing and lifestyle products including T-shirts, caps, mugs and bottles.
Our products are generally made to order through selected production partners. Production may therefore begin shortly after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, designs, dimensions and other characteristics accurately. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings, and minor variations inherent to manufacturing or printing may occur.
Such minor variations do not affect any statutory rights you may have where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
5. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency applicable to the relevant market where supported.
Taxes will be included, collected or displayed as required by applicable law and according to the destination and circumstances of the order.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout before the order is confirmed.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or similar charges may apply. Unless expressly stated as included or collected at checkout, these charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and remain the responsibility of the recipient where permitted by applicable law.
6. Orders
An order is subject to acceptance by Afterpace.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate information, product unavailability, technical errors or an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no amount is lawfully due to us, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Afterpace reserves the right to limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected resale, fraud or misuse of the website.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
An order may be delayed, rejected or cancelled where payment cannot be authorised or where reasonable fraud-prevention checks identify an issue.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because Afterpace products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, contact hello@afterpace.fr as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started and cancellation remains technically possible, we will endeavour to cancel the order.
Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled.
This provision does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.
9. Shipping and Delivery
The delivery date or delivery timeframe applicable to your order will be communicated before you place your order.
Orders generally require production before shipment. Delivery times may therefore include both production and transportation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, production partner, destination, carrier, customs processing and other circumstances.
Products contained in the same order may be produced at different locations. An order may therefore arrive in multiple packages and at different times.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to delivery deadlines or delays under applicable consumer law.
10. Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Please review your address carefully before confirming your order.
If additional costs arise because you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect a parcel, or otherwise caused delivery to fail, those additional costs may be charged to you where permitted by applicable law.
Afterpace does not provide an automatic free replacement or reshipment in such circumstances.
11. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us.
Before issuing a replacement or refund, Afterpace may reasonably ask you to verify the delivery address, household members or neighbours, safe places or collection points and may request an investigation or proof of delivery from the carrier.
A replacement or refund is therefore not automatically issued solely because a customer reports that a parcel marked as delivered cannot be located.
This does not affect any mandatory rights relating to delivery or transfer of risk under applicable consumer law.
12. Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not expressly included or collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient where permitted by applicable law.
Customers purchasing internationally should take this possibility into account before ordering.
Refusing to pay customs or import charges or refusing delivery does not, by itself, constitute a valid exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
Any resulting return, refund or additional shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
13. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Afterpace does not provide an additional commercial return period beyond mandatory statutory rights unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where permitted by law, direct return shipping costs associated with a change of mind or statutory withdrawal are the customer's responsibility.
Afterpace does not currently offer direct exchanges. Where a return is available, customers wishing to purchase another size, colour or product should follow the applicable return procedure and place a new order.

14. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact hello@afterpace.fr as soon as possible.
We may reasonably request your order number, a description and photographs of the issue where necessary to assess the claim.
Where a product does not comply with applicable legal guarantees, Afterpace will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.
A physical return may not always be required. Please do not send a product back unless instructed to do so.
15. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.
A promotional code that was not applied when an order was placed cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
Discounted products retain all mandatory statutory consumer rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Afterpace does not provide additional commercial return rights solely because a product was purchased at full price rather than at a discount.
16. Intellectual Property
The Afterpace name, branding, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, illustrations, texts and other original content appearing on the website are owned by or licensed to Afterpace, except where otherwise indicated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing an Afterpace product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design or branding appearing on that product.
17. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, scrape or exploit the website in an abusive manner, or infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Afterpace or third parties.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect Afterpace, our customers or third parties.
18. Third-Party Services
Certain aspects of our website, payments, production, delivery, analytics or marketing may rely on third-party service providers.
Where third-party services are used, their own terms or privacy practices may also apply where appropriate.
References or links to third-party websites do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of their content, except where expressly stated.
19. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Afterpace website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Afterpace will not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not the direct result of a breach by Afterpace.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protections and statutory guarantees.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights in relation to products that are defective, non-conforming or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.
21. Personal Data
Personal information collected through the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Where required, consent mechanisms are used for cookies, advertising or marketing technologies.
You may manage certain privacy choices through the tools made available on our website.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, business operations or applicable law.
The Terms applicable to an order are generally those made available to the customer when the relevant contract is concluded, subject to mandatory law.
23. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you reside.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to you.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@afterpace.fr so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
If a dispute cannot be resolved following a prior written complaint to Afterpace, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Afterpace:
